Hey, it’s Isabella, and I would like to thank you for visiting my blog. Isabella V Clark is a space dedicated to blogs on mental health, academia, fitness, and lifestyle. After struggling with my mental health as a teenager, I decided to start a blog to share my journey. Through “Isabella’s Interlude”, the title of my first blog series, I discovered my love of writing. By sharing my narrative online, I also felt like I was helping inspire others to do the same in a positive way.
